Healthy into the New Year

In January, many of us make resolutions to finally start eating healthier. And because we know that starting can sometimes be challenging, we decided to help you a little. We teamed up with nutrition therapists from Ne hladu and together, in January and February, we will teach you how to eat healthily. And not just for these two months, but for good. You'll find out that you don't have to make compromises, that fats are beneficial, and you can even enjoy a piece of cake if you have a varied diet. You'll unlearn the myths that accompany healthy eating and try out sample meal plans. So let's get started!
