Preparation method

Wash the vegetables, deseed the bell peppers and cut them into cubes, quarter the cherry tomatoes. Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, peel the skin, and cut into cubes. Slice the onion into strips.

Peel the prickly pears; they may have small thorns, so proceed carefully. Cut the prickly pears into quarters and then into slices.

Cut the chili pepper in half, deseed it, and chop finely.
