INGREDIENTS

  • 1 large apple of any kind (approx. 240 g)
  • 30 g walnuts
  • 100 g fine oat flakes
  • 200 g plain yogurt (3.5 % fat)
  • 100 ml semi-skimmed milk
  • 30 g raisins
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon

INSTRUCTIONS

    Finely grate the apple with its skin and coarsely chop the walnuts.

    Take a large bowl, add the grated apple, chopped nuts, and all other ingredients, mix well, and let it rest in the refrigerator overnight.

    After resting, divide the porridge into individual portions and serve. Alternatively, you can store it in the refrigerator, where it will last for 2–3 days.
