INGREDIENTS
- 1 large apple of any kind (approx. 240 g)
- 30 g walnuts
- 100 g fine oat flakes
- 200 g plain yogurt (3.5 % fat)
- 100 ml semi-skimmed milk
- 30 g raisins
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1Finely grate the apple with its skin and coarsely chop the walnuts.
- 2Take a large bowl, add the grated apple, chopped nuts, and all other ingredients, mix well, and let it rest in the refrigerator overnight.
- 3After resting, divide the porridge into individual portions and serve. Alternatively, you can store it in the refrigerator, where it will last for 2–3 days.
