  • 1 large apple of any variety (approx. 240 g)
  • 30 g walnuts
  • 100 g fine rolled oats
  • 200 g white yogurt (3.5% fat)
  • 100 ml semi-skimmed milk
  • 30 g raisins
  • 2 tsp ground cinnamon

Grate the apple finely, including the skin, and roughly chop the walnuts.

Take a larger bowl, add the grated apple, chopped walnuts, and all the other ingredients, mix well, and let it rest in the fridge overnight.

After resting, divide the porridge into individual portions and serve. Alternatively, you can store it in the fridge, where it will keep for 2–3 days.
