Buy all ingredients right below the recipe

INGREDIENTS

  • 125 ml Prosecco
  • 4-5 very ripe strawberries
  • 2 pinches of sugar (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS

    Blend the strawberries with a pinch of sugar until smooth in a blender.

    Pour the mixture into a shaker with ice and then add prosecco. Gently stir with a spoon and pour into a glass.
Tip
Mix both components (strawberry mixture and prosecco) just before serving.
