INGREDIENTS
- 50 ml Alpro Vanilla Soy Drink
- 200 g instant oat flakes
- A few drops of vanilla extract
- 60 g cane sugar
- 4 tablespoons peanut butter
- A pinch of salt
- 60 g dark chocolate (chopped)

- Baking paper
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1Preheat the oven to 180°C and line a small cake tin with baking paper.
- 2Mix all the ingredients together and stir until smooth.
- 3Pour the smooth mixture into the tin and bake for 35 minutes.
- 4Let it cool, then you can slice it. Serve at room temperature with fresh fruit and a plant-based whipped cream alternative.
