INGREDIENTS
- 1 large banana (approx. 120 g)
- 100 g sour cream
- 160 g blueberries (fresh or frozen)
YOU WILL ALSO NEED
- Popsicle molds
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1Put all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
- 2Pour the mixture into molds and place in the freezer for at least 4 hours.
- 3Before serving, let the ice cream soften in the mold at room temperature, or place the mold briefly under lukewarm running water – the ice cream will release from the mold and the popsicle will be easy to pull out.
