Preparation method

Put all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.

Pour the mixture into popsicle molds and place in the freezer for at least 4 hours.

Before serving, let the ice cream soften in the mold at room temperature or place the mold briefly under running lukewarm water – the ice cream will release from the mold and the popsicle will come out easily.
