  • 100 g chia seeds
  • 250 ml coconut milk
  • 3 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 100 g raspberries

METHOD

    Pour matcha powder into 350 ml of water and whisk thoroughly. Add coconut milk, maple syrup, vanilla, and chia seeds. Mix and let sit until the next day (or at least 6 hours).

    Serving: Stir the prepared pudding and place into glasses. Garnish with fresh raspberries.
