INGREDIENTS
- 180 g frozen raspberries
- 1 large banana (approx. 120 g)
- 250 g full-fat quark
YOU MIGHT NEED
- Chocolate for decoration
- Freeze-dried fruit
YOU ALSO NEED
- Popsicle molds
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
- 2Pour the mixture into molds and place in the freezer for at least 4 hours.
- 3Before serving, let the ice cream soften at room temperature in the mold or place the mold under a stream of lukewarm water for a moment – the ice cream will release from the mold and the popsicle will be easy to remove.
- 4If you want to enhance the popsicles, dip them in melted high-percentage chocolate or simply drizzle and decorate with crushed freeze-dried fruit.
