INGREDIENTS

  • 180 g frozen raspberries
  • 1 large banana (approx. 120 g)
  • 250 g full-fat quark

  • Chocolate for decoration
  • Freeze-dried fruit

  • Popsicle molds

INSTRUCTIONS

    Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

    Pour the mixture into molds and place in the freezer for at least 4 hours.

    Before serving, let the ice cream soften at room temperature in the mold or place the mold under a stream of lukewarm water for a moment – the ice cream will release from the mold and the popsicle will be easy to remove.

    If you want to enhance the popsicles, dip them in melted high-percentage chocolate or simply drizzle and decorate with crushed freeze-dried fruit.
