- 2 - 3 tablespoons gelatin
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1First, let the gelatin "bloom" according to the instructions.
- 2Extract juice from the fruit. E.g., blend strawberries, strain (to remove pulp from the juice).
- 3Heat the juice over low heat.
- 4After heating, add the bloomed gelatin, stirring constantly.
- 5Once the juice starts to simmer, let it bubble for about 1 - 3 minutes.
- 6Then remove the juice from the heat, stir slowly for a moment.
- 7Next, pour the gummy mixture into ice cube molds.
- 8Store in an airtight container/bag in the refrigerator. You can freeze the bears for later.

PINK: dilute beet juice with water, or strawberries with milk
ORANGE: carrot juice, cranberries
YELLOW: egg yolk
GREEN: barley powder, blended spinach
