INGREDIENTS
- 4 apricots
- 100 g Greek yogurt
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1Rinse the apricots, clean them, and most importantly - remove the pits!
- 2Cut the apricots into smaller pieces to make them easier to blend.
- 3Place the fruit into a blender container and add the yogurt. Then blend everything for a moment until the mixture is smooth.
- 4Pour the mixture into an ice cube tray. Place the filled molds in the freezer for about 5 hours, preferably overnight. Store in the freezer.
Tip
With apricots, it is important to ensure that NO part of the pit appears in the final dish.
