INGREDIENTS

  • 4 carrots
  • 3 celery stalks
  • 2 medium apples
  • 100 g ginger
  • 150 g sea buckthorn

INSTRUCTIONS

    Quarter the apples and remove the cores. Cut the carrots and celery into smaller pieces. Peel the ginger and cut it as well.

    Juice all the ingredients gradually using a juicer. Pour the finished drink into a bottle and store it in the fridge, where it will last 2-3 days. Alternatively, pour the drink into smaller bottles and store them in the freezer, where it will last even longer. Before use, let them thaw in the fridge.

    Every morning before breakfast, take a shot for a boost. This immunity shot is not too strong, so your children will like it too.
Tip
If you want the shot to be more pronounced and stronger, you can mix a teaspoon of cayenne pepper into the finished drink or blend in a chili pepper. Alternatively, play around with the amount of sea buckthorn or ginger.
