- 4 slices of rye bread
- 50 g of butter
- 4 slices of Swiss-type cheese
- 200 g of sauerkraut
- 200 g of beef ham

- 100 g of mayonnaise
- 1.5 tablespoons of ketchup
- 1 tablespoon of grated horseradish
- 1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon of sugar
- A pinch of paprika
- Salt
- Pepper

- 1Mix all the ingredients together and whisk thoroughly. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR ASSEMBLING THE SANDWICH
- 1Spread butter on one side of each slice of bread. Turn one slice over and spread the prepared dressing on the side without butter. Place slices of cheese (2 slices per slice of bread), 100 g of ham, 100 g of cabbage, and pour over the remaining dressing. Top with the second slice of bread, buttered side out. Repeat the same process for the second sandwich.
