INGREDIENTS
- 400 g fresh strawberries
- 80 g granulated sugar
- 65 g rapeseed oil
- 1 egg
- Juice from half a lime
- 85 g sour cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 180 g all-purpose flour + 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour for coating strawberries + flour for greasing the pan
- 6 g baking powder
- Pinch of salt
- Butter for greasing the pie dish
CRUMBLE INGREDIENTS
- 35 g oat flakes
- 35 g butter
- 30 g granulated sugar
- Handful of chopped almonds or almond flakes
- Pinch of salt
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1Take all ingredients out of the fridge at least 2 hours in advance.
- 2Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Grease the pie dish with butter and dust with flour.
- 3Wash and hull the strawberries thoroughly and coat them in flour.
- 4In a large bowl, mix the wet ingredients – eggs, oil, sour cream, lime juice, vanilla extract, and also sugar. Combine everything with a whisk.
- 5Then add flour, baking powder, and a pinch of salt. Work the dough thoroughly with a spatula.
- 6Now prepare the crumble. In a smaller bowl, thoroughly work the oats with sugar, butter, almonds, and a pinch of salt by hand.
- 7Now transfer the dough to the pie dish; it is denser, so spread it to the sides with wet hands. Casually arrange the strawberries on top of the dough and finally sprinkle with crumble.
- 8Bake for 30 minutes. Let cool after baking.
