INGREDIENTS
- 100 g 70% chocolate
- 100 g whipping cream
- 1 egg
- 2x rolled puff pastry weighing 275 g

INSTRUCTIONS
- 1Melt the chocolate with the cream and let it cool.
- 2Unroll the puff pastry, cut each into 8 triangular pieces, so you can roll up the croissants.
- 3Spread the chocolate mixture onto the triangular pieces and carefully roll them up from the wider end to the tip.
- 4Crack the egg into a small bowl and whisk it.
- 5Line a baking sheet with baking paper and place the croissants on it. Brush them with the whisked egg and bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees Celsius for 15 minutes.
- 6After baking, let them cool. Serve with your favorite yogurt or quark and fruit.
