  • 2 pcs Camembert (2x 120 g)
  • 2 pcs avocado
  • 100 g strawberries
  • Pink peppercorns
  • Fresh basil
  • Olive oil
  • Black sesame seeds
  • Lemon juice from 1 pc
  • Salt

INSTRUCTIONS

    Lightly brush or drizzle the toasts with olive oil. Fry in a pan until crispy.

    Place sliced Camembert on the toasts and bake in the oven until melted.

    Then, spread the cheese over the entire toast with a fork. Slice the avocado and immediately drizzle with lemon juice to prevent browning. Place the avocado and sliced strawberries on the toast.

    Season with salt, sprinkle with sesame seeds, lightly crushed pink peppercorns, and chopped basil.
