INGREDIENTS

  • 100 g oat flakes
  • 30 g whey protein (you can use other protein as well)
  • 200 ml cow's milk (you can also use plant-based milk)
  • 50 g strawberries
  • 50 g raspberries
  • 50 g blueberries
  • 10 g pistachios
  • Fresh mint

INSTRUCTIONS

    Pour the flakes into a saucepan and add milk. Add 200 ml of water. Heat over a low flame. Stir until the porridge thickens. This only takes a few minutes. Then remove the porridge from the heat.

    Mix the protein with 100 ml of water in a glass or shaker. Add it to the porridge and stir. Adjust the consistency of the porridge according to your preferences. You can add a little more milk or water. Pour the porridge into bowls, garnish with fruit, chopped pistachios, and fresh mint leaves.
