INGREDIENTS
- 100 g oat flakes
- 30 g whey protein (you can also use another protein)
- 200 ml cow's milk (you can also use plant-based milk)
- 50 g strawberries
- 50 g raspberries
- 50 g blueberries
- 10 g pistachios
- Fresh mint
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1Pour the oats into a saucepan and add the milk. Add 200 ml of water. Heat over low flame. Stir until the porridge thickens. It only takes a few minutes. Then remove the porridge from the heat.
- 2In a glass or shaker, mix the protein with 100 ml of water. Add it to the porridge and stir. Adjust the thickness of the porridge according to your preferences. You can add a little more milk or water. Pour the porridge into bowls, garnish with fruit, chopped pistachios, and fresh mint leaves.
