INGREDIENTS

  • 1 handful of chopped kale leaves
  • 1 handful of chopped spinach leaves
  • 150 g of mango
  • 5 cm of ginger
  • 2 kiwis
  • 150 g of pineapple

INSTRUCTIONS

    Wash the kale and spinach, remove the tough parts from the kale, and chop both into smaller pieces.

    Peel the mango, kiwi, and ginger, and chop them according to the size of your blender. For larger countertop blenders, halving the fruit is sufficient. Cut the ginger into several smaller pieces.

    In a blender, combine the leaves, fruit, chopped ginger, and 250 ml (a cup) of water. Blend everything together until the smoothie is completely smooth. If you don't have a countertop blender, use an immersion blender. Blending will take a little more time, but you will achieve the same result.
Tip
If you're not a fan of kale, you can replace it with the same amount of spinach.
