INGREDIENTS
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 2 tablespoons instant coffee
- 2 glasses of milk
- Ice
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1In a tall container, combine coffee and sugar with 2 tablespoons of hot water and whisk with a hand mixer until a stiff foam forms.
- 2Put ice into glasses and pour in milk. The glasses should be about 3/4 full.
- 3Divide the whipped foam among the glasses with milk, and your iced Dalgona coffee is ready.
