- 4 cl bourbon
- 3 cl soda
- Orange slice
- Ice
- 5 g sugar
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1In a glass or mortar, crush an orange slice with 5 grams of sugar.
- 2Fill the glass 3/4 full with ice and add bourbon and soda.
- 3You can garnish with orange peel.
Tip
In the original recipe, orange and sugar are replaced by a few drops of Angostura bitters.
