INGREDIENTS
- 150 g plain yogurt
- 100 ml milk
- Pinch of ground cardamom
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 fresh mango or 250 g frozen
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1Cut the mango into cubes and place it in a tall container. If using frozen mango that is already cut into cubes, do not wait for it to thaw and proceed according to the instructions. If you only have frozen mango cut in half, cut it with a knife even when frozen; mango is soft and this should not cause major difficulties.
- 2Pour in milk and blend together with an immersion blender until a smooth puree is formed.
- 3Add ground cardamom, yogurt, and a tablespoon of honey, then blend again. Pour the mixture into a glass and serve.
Tip
If not using frozen mango, you can add a few ice cubes to the mixture to make the lassi pleasantly cold.
