- 1 fresh mango or 250 g frozen
- 150 g white yogurt
- 100 ml milk
- A pinch of ground cardamom
- 1 tbsp honey
Cut the mango into cubes and place it in a tall container. If using frozen mango that is already cubed, do not wait for it to thaw and proceed with the instructions. If you have frozen mango halves, cut them with a knife even while frozen; mango is soft and it should not cause any major difficulties.
Pour in the milk and blend together with a stick blender until a smooth puree is formed.
Add the ground cardamom, yogurt, and a tablespoon of honey, and blend together again. Pour the mixture into a glass and serve.
Chef's tip
If you are not using frozen mango, you can add a few ice cubes to the mixture to make the lassi pleasantly cold.
