INGREDIENTS

  • 250 ml smetany, min. 31%
  • 8 žloutků
  • 400 ml tuzemáku
  • 2 balení zahuštěného slazeného mléka Salko (800 g)

INSTRUCTIONS

    Smetanu, žloutky a salko společně krátce rozmixujeme. Podle chuti přidáme tuzemák. Plníme do čistých sklenic. Uchováme v lednici, kde vydrží až týden.
Tip
Do vaječného koňaku můžete podle chuti přidat kondenzované mléko Tatra. Jde o zahuštěné neslazené mléko, takže jím můžete částečně utlumit sladkost likéru. Tuzemák přidávejte podle chuti. Lahve musí být dokonale čisté a suché.
