Ingredients
- 1 handful of kale
- 1 handful of spinach
- 150 g of mango
- 150 g of pineapple
- 5 cm of ginger
- 2 pieces of kiwi
Instructions
- 1Wash the kale and spinach, remove the tough parts from the kale, and chop both into smaller pieces.
- 2Peel the mango, kiwi, and ginger, and chop them again according to the size of your blender. For larger stand blenders, it's enough to halve the fruit. Cut the ginger into several smaller pieces.
- 3In a blender, combine the leaves, fruit, chopped ginger, and 250 ml (cup) of water. Blend everything together until the smoothie is completely smooth. If you don't have a stand blender, use an immersion blender. Blending will take a little more time, but you will achieve the same result.
- 4If you're not a fan of kale, you can substitute it with the same amount of spinach.
