INGREDIENTS
- 20 g ghee
- 60 g onion
- 800 g frozen spinach leaves
- 150 ml chicken broth
- 150 ml cream
- Clove of garlic
- Parmesan
- Salt
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1Peel and chop the onion. Sauté it in a pot with ghee. Add the spinach and let it thaw.
- 2Add the broth, garlic, salt, and cream. Blend with an immersion blender. Finally, sprinkle with Parmesan.
