INGREDIENTS
- 300 g salmon
- 10 g ghee
- 250 g potatoes
- 100 g cherry tomatoes
- 60 g salad
- 10 ml olive oil
- Lemon
- Salt
- Spring onion
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1Melt the ghee in a pan and place the salted salmon on it. Let it fry for a while, then cover with a lid to cook the salmon nicely.
- 2Boil the potatoes until soft and prepare a salad, drizzling it with olive oil.
- 3Drizzle the finished salmon with lemon, sprinkle the potatoes with spring onion, and serve.
