INGREDIENTS
- 1 beetroot
- 2 carrots
- 5 cm of ginger
- 1 apple
- Juice of 1/2 orange
- Juice of 1 lime
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1Peel the beetroot, carrot, apple, and ginger, and cut them into smaller pieces according to the size of your blender. For larger countertop blenders, it's enough to halve the fruit and vegetables, and cut the ginger into several smaller pieces.
- 2Squeeze the lime and half an orange into the blender and add the remaining ingredients. Blend everything together until the smoothie is completely smooth. If you don't have a countertop blender, use a hand blender. Blending will take a little more time, but you'll achieve the same result.
