INGREDIENTS

  • 3x lulo
  • 235 ml water
  • 1.5 tablespoons sugar
  • Juice of 1/2 lime

INSTRUCTIONS

    Cut the lulo in half and then into quarters. Peel the skin with a knife or scoop out the pulp with a spoon. Cut the pulp into small cubes.

    Place 2/3 of the lulo into a food processor along with a cup of water, sugar, and lime juice. Blend everything together.

    Pour into a glass with ice and add the remaining lulo cubes and stir.
