INGREDIENTS
- 3x lulo
- 235 ml water
- 1.5 tbsp sugar
- Juice of 1/2 lime
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1Cut the lulo in half, then into quarters. Peel the skin with a knife or scoop out the pulp with a spoon. Cut the pulp into small cubes.
- 2Place 2/3 of the lulo into a food processor along with a cup of water, sugar, and lime. Blend everything together.
- 3Pour into a glass with ice, add the remaining lulo cubes, and stir.
