Hot chocolate

Pour milk into a small saucepan and heat over medium heat until it gently bubbles, but do not let it boil over.

Meanwhile, chop the chocolate into small pieces. Once the milk is heated, add the chopped chocolate and sugar to the saucepan. Whisk until the chocolate is completely melted and the mixture is smooth and creamy.

Then add vanilla sugar and stir.
