Preparation method

Preheat the oven to 170 °C and grease and flour the Bundt cake pan.

Whisk the egg yolks with sugar until light and fluffy (about 3–5 minutes). Whisk in the oil, pumpkin puree, and yogurt.

Mix the flour with baking powder and spices, then fold into the egg yolk mixture. Whisk the egg whites into stiff peaks and gently fold them into the batter.
