INGREDIENTS
- Butter for greasing the pan
- 150 g sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 egg yolks
- 50 g flour
- 250 ml milk
- 250 ml cream 33%
- 1 tablespoon Amaretto
- 250 g physalis
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1Preheat the oven to 200°C.
- 2In a medium bowl, whisk sugar, eggs, and egg yolks until they turn a light lemon-yellow color.
- 3Place the physalis at the bottom of the pan.
- 4Add flour and mix until combined. Pour in milk, cream, and Amaretto, whisk until combined, then add flour and mix.
- 5Grease a 25 cm ceramic cake pan with butter and sugar.
- 6Finally, stir the batter and pour it into the pan. Bake for 50–55 minutes, until the cake is golden brown and completely set in the center.
