Preparation method

Prepare the biscuits. Place the milk chocolate squares on one of them so they are ready for the hot marshmallow.

Skewer the marshmallow on a skewer or toasting fork. Toast it over the fire (not directly in the flame) until it is golden to slightly browned on the outside and beautifully gooey on the inside. Rotate it regularly.

Once the marshmallow is done, place it, still on the skewer, onto the biscuit with the chocolate. Cover with the second biscuit and press down gently.
Chef's tip
If you don't have a fire, you can also make S'mores in the oven under the grill or in the microwave (just a few seconds until the marshmallow puffs up).
Try experimenting with chocolate – dark chocolate or chocolate with nuts is also great.
