Amylon Organic Mango Pudding, Gluten Free

Use

Pour off about 2/3 of 1/2 l of milk into a saucepan, add 2 tablespoons of sugar (approx. 40 g) and bring to the boil. Add the contents of the sachet to the remaining milk and stir until smooth. Pour the mixture into the boiling milk and cook for about 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Pour into bowls and leave to cool.
