  • 120 g cherry tomatoes
  • 200 g mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons of cress
  • 2 tablespoons of spring onion
  • 30 ml cognac
  • 3 g caster sugar
  • 4 pcs of basil leaves
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 pinch of salt

Cut the tomatoes into sixths and lightly crush them with a spoon in a bowl. Add the other ingredients, mix well, and leave to cool in the fridge.
