Preparation method
Roughly chop 50 g of salmon and mix it with Lučina, ricotta, lemon zest and juice, and dill.
Line small bowls with cling film so that it overhangs. Then line them with salmon slices so that they cover the bottom, overlap on the sides of the bowl, and overhang. Fill the prepared bowls with the cheese mixture.
Gradually cover the cheese mixture with the overhanging parts of the salmon slices, then cover everything with the remaining cling film and tighten.
Chef's tip
Be careful to grate only the yellow part of the lemon. The white part is bitter. The dish is best prepared in a bowl with a diameter of 8 cm and a height of 5 cm.
