INGREDIENTS
- 350 g smoked salmon slices
- 200 g Lučina
- 100 g ricotta
- grated zest of ½ lemon and 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon chopped dill, dill for garnish

- The best choice for fish cuisine are light and less aromatic wines. Choose from white and rosé.
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1Roughly chop 50 g of salmon and mix it with Lučina, ricotta, lemon zest and juice, and dill.
- 2Line bowls with cling film so that it overhangs. Then line them with salmon slices so that they cover the bottom, overlap on the sides of the bowl, and overhang from the bowl. Fill the bowls prepared in this way with the prepared cheese mixture.
- 3Gradually cover the cheese mixture with the overhanging parts of the slices, then cover everything with the remaining cling film and tighten.
- 4Refrigerate the bowls for 30 minutes. Then turn out the chilled mixture from the bowl and remove the cling film.
- 5Serve with toasted bread, garnished with a sprig of dill.
Tip
Caution: only grate the yellow part of the lemon. The white part is bitter.
This dish is best prepared in a bowl with a diameter of 8 cm and a height of 5 cm.
