  • 15 g capers
  • 15 g parmesan
  • 10 g anchovies
  • 10 g peeled shallot
  • pinch of freshly ground pepper
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of salt

Cut the chilled meat into 3 mm cubes.

Finely chop the anchovies, capers, parmesan, and shallot. Mix them with the chopped meat, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
