Preparation method

For the dough, mix flour, cornstarch, salt, and gradually pour in boiling water. Knead into a firm, non-sticky dough. Let rest for 30 minutes.

Meanwhile, finely chop the cabbage. Sauté sliced garlic, sliced spring onion, and chili pepper in oil. Once the garlic is fragrant, add the cabbage and shrimp. Stir in soy sauce, season with pepper, and set aside.

In a bowl, mix all ingredients for the sauce.
