Preparation method
Prepare two glasses (one larger Coupette-style cocktail glass and one smaller glass for sparkling wine). Pre-chill both glasses with a few ice cubes or place them in the freezer for a few minutes.
Fill a shaker three-quarters full with ice and add the vanilla vodka, passion fruit liqueur, passion fruit syrup, and fresh lemon juice.
Close the shaker tightly and shake vigorously for approximately 15–20 seconds until a fine, creamy foam forms on the surface.
Chef's tip
Sparkling wine is traditionally drunk on its own just before the first sip of the cocktail, or alternately as a refreshing palate cleanser.
