INSTRUCTIONS
- 1Carefully wrap the cheese in cling film and place it in the freezer for 10–15 minutes.
- 2Cut the figs lengthwise in half and place them on a plate.
- 3Remove the cheese from the freezer and grate it over the figs.
- 4Drizzle with balsamic glaze and olive oil, and season with freshly ground pepper.
