Preparation method

Pour both flours into a bowl, add 250 ml of water, mix, add the egg and mix. Pour in another 250 ml of water, mix in salt and oil, and let the dough rest at room temperature for 2 hours.

Cut the slice of ham into 4 equally sized strips, grate the cheese.

Heat a pan over medium heat, add 1/2 tablespoon of oil, and pour in a ladleful of batter. Tilt the pan to spread the batter very thinly.

Chef's tip

For frying, you will need a non-stick pan with a diameter of 28 cm. For preparation, you will need a spatula for flipping galettes.
