INGREDIENTS
- 200 g jasmine rice
- 30 g granulated sugar
- 1 l coconut milk
- 80 g fresh fruit to taste (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, blackberries)
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1Pour rice into a saucepan, add sugar and 350 ml of coconut milk.
- 2Bring to a boil, reduce heat to minimum and cook until the rice is soft. Stir occasionally to prevent the rice from sticking to the bottom.
- 3Gradually add the remaining milk during cooking.
- 4Divide the finished creamy rice onto plates and garnish with fresh fruit.

Tip: For an especially delicate flavor, you can finish the sauce with a drop of lemon juice. Homemade spaetzle or wide noodles, which perfectly soak up the creamy sauce, are an excellent side dish.
