INGREDIENTS FOR PANCAKES
- 240 g fine oat flakes
- 3 ripe bananas
- 6 eggs
- 30 g butter at room temperature
- vegetable oil for greasing the pan
INGREDIENTS FOR SERVING
- fresh fruit to taste
- plain yogurt
- maple syrup
- powdered sugar for dusting
- mint leaves for garnish
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1Mash the bananas with a fork. Add the oats, eggs, and butter, then mix.
- 2Grease a pan with oil, spoon the batter onto it, shape pancakes 8–10 cm in diameter, and fry them over medium heat until golden brown on both sides.
- 3Serve with fresh fruit to taste and yogurt, drizzled with maple syrup and lightly dusted with powdered sugar. Garnish with mint leaves.
