INGREDIENTS FOR PANCAKES
  • 240 g fine oat flakes
  • 3 ripe bananas
  • 6 eggs
  • 30 g butter at room temperature
  • vegetable oil for greasing the pan
SERVING INGREDIENTS
  • fresh fruit to taste
  • plain yogurt
  • maple syrup
  • powdered sugar for dusting
  • mint leaves for garnish

Mash the bananas with a fork. Add the oats, eggs, and butter and mix.

Grease a pan with oil, spoon the batter onto it, shape pancakes 8–10 cm in diameter, and fry them over medium heat until golden brown on both sides.

Serve with fresh fruit to taste and yogurt, drizzled with maple syrup and lightly dusted with powdered sugar. Garnish with mint leaves.
