Peel the bananas and slice them into 3 mm thick rounds.

In a bowl, thoroughly mix the yogurt, egg, vanilla extract, and 2 tablespoons of cold water. In a second bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and cinnamon. Fold the dry mixture into the yogurt mixture and mix until a smooth batter forms.

Heat oil in a pan over medium heat, spoon the batter onto it and shape pancakes 6–8 cm in diameter. Place 3 slices of banana on each pancake while frying. Once the pancakes are golden brown on the bottom, flip them and cook until golden on the other side.
