- 300 g dried fruit and nut mix, to taste
- 100 ml strawberry juice
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 100 g butter

INSTRUCTIONS
- 1Preheat the oven to 175 °C.
- 2Roughly chop the dried fruit and nuts and mix with the flakes.
- 3In a saucepan, heat the juice, add honey and butter, and let them melt. Pour the still warm liquid over the mixture of flakes and nuts and mix thoroughly. Spread the mixture to a height of 1 cm on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
- 4Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes until golden brown.

Tip: For an especially delicate flavor, you can finish the sauce with a drop of lemon juice. Homemade spaetzle or wide noodles, which perfectly soak up the creamy sauce, are an excellent side dish.
