100 g fresh or thawed strawberries or other favorite fruit
25 g honey
200 g whipping cream
250 g low-fat curd
Fresh strawberries and blueberries for decoration

INSTRUCTIONS

Blend the fruit with honey.

Whip the cream into whipped cream, then add the curd and blended strawberries with honey to the whipped cream. Whisk everything together, transfer to bowls, and decorate with fruit to create an animal – a cat, bear, or piglet.
