- 150 g halloumi cheese
- 2 peaches
- 100 g arugula
- Seed mix to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- Salt

INSTRUCTIONS
- 1Remove the pit from the peaches and slice them into approximately 1 cm thick rounds.
- 2Grill the cheese and peaches on each side for approximately 2 - 3 minutes.
- 3Prepare the dressing in a small bowl by mixing oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper.
- 4Mix the dressing with arugula and top with grilled peaches and cheese. Sprinkle with seeds and serve.
