  • 2 peaches
  • 100 g arugula
  • Seed mix to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • Salt
  • Pepper

    Remove the pit from the peaches and slice them into approximately 1 cm thick rounds.

    Grill the cheese and peaches on each side for approximately 2 - 3 minutes.

    Prepare the dressing in a small bowl by mixing oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper.

    Mix the dressing with arugula and top with grilled peaches and cheese. Sprinkle with seeds and serve.
