INGREDIENTS
- 200 g penne pasta
- 150 g cocktail tomatoes
- 50 g mushrooms
- 100 g arugula
- 100 g marinated artichokes
- 20 pitted black olives
- 2 packs of Zottarella Basil 125g
- 1 clove of garlic
- 4 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 8 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt
- 50 g marinated bell pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package in a sufficient amount of salted water until soft. Drain, cool quickly, and let it drip dry.
- 2Wash and halve the tomatoes. Clean and slice the mushrooms. Clean the arugula, wash it, and shake off the water. Cut the artichokes and bell pepper into pieces, and slice the olives. Let the Zottarella drain and cut it into cubes. Finely chop the salami. Mix all the prepared ingredients except for the arugula in a bowl.
- 3Peel and finely chop the garlic. Make a dressing from balsamic vinegar, olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic. Pour it over the salad, mix, and let it rest for about 1 hour. Carefully mix in the arugula, season to taste, and serve.
