INGREDIENTS

  • 250 g mozzarella
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 250 g cherry tomatoes
  • 1 red onion
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 5 sprigs of basil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 2 avocados

INSTRUCTIONS

    Slice the mozzarella and tomatoes into thin slices and cut the cherry tomatoes into pieces. Slice the onion into half rings.

    Cut the avocado around the pit. Twist the halves to separate them. Remove the pit, scoop out the flesh with a spoon, and slice it into thin slices.

    Alternately place slices of mozzarella, avocado, and tomatoes on a plate so that they partially overlap like roof tiles. Place cherry tomatoes and onion on top. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

    Drizzle the salad with olive oil and garnish with basil leaves.
