INGREDIENTS
- 1 onion
- 1 teaspoon ghee
- 250 g baby spinach
- 2 potatoes
- 1 l vegetable broth
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 100 ml cooking cream
- A pinch of ground nutmeg
- Salt
- Pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic. Also peel the potatoes and cut them into cubes. Wash and dry the spinach.
- 2Fry the onion and garlic in a teaspoon of ghee until translucent, add the potatoes and vegetable broth. Salt and cook on low heat until the potatoes are soft.
- 3Pour the soup into a blender, add the baby spinach and blend into a smooth cream. Add the cream and season with pepper and nutmeg.
