INGREDIENTS

  • 200 g jasmine rice
  • 30 g granulated sugar
  • 1 l coconut milk
  • 80 g fresh fruit to taste (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, blackberries)

INSTRUCTIONS

    Pour rice into a saucepan, add sugar and 350 ml of coconut milk.

    Bring to a boil, reduce heat to minimum and cook until the rice is soft. Stir occasionally to prevent the rice from sticking to the bottom.

    Gradually add the remaining milk during cooking.
  • 4
    Divide the finished creamy rice onto plates and garnish with fresh fruit.
