INGREDIENTS
- 40 g semolina
- 250 ml milk
- 10 g butter
- 10–15 g granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- pinch of salt

INSTRUCTIONS
- 1Pour milk into a saucepan, add a pinch of salt, semolina, and bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. Cook for 2 minutes, stirring constantly, then pour the porridge onto a plate. Top with pieces of butter and sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.
Tip
You must stir the porridge constantly to prevent lumps from forming, which would be impossible to get rid of later.
You don't need to melt the butter for flavoring the porridge beforehand; it will beautifully melt on its own in the hot porridge.
You can also sprinkle semolina porridge with cocoa and flavor it with, for example, apricot compote.
